Review the model before opening or installation
Contact us before sending any product back. An unapproved return or refused delivery is not automatically eligible for a refund.
Keep the equipment uninstalled, unenergized, complete and in its original packaging while a return request is reviewed.
Inspect freight before installation and promptly report visible or concealed damage with the order number, packaging and clear photographs.
Contact our team first so we can review the order. We cooperate with lawful card disputes and provide transaction, delivery and communication records to the payment provider.
Installed, energized, altered, incomplete, special-order and certain electrical or refrigerant-handling products may be ineligible for discretionary return. Any approved deductions, freight responsibility and refund method are governed by the posted policy and applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Terms of service
These terms govern use of National Mini Splits and purchases from the seller identified at checkout. An order acknowledgement is not acceptance. An order may be accepted, rejected or cancelled before shipment for pricing, availability, payment, compliance or fraud-screening reasons, with any refund required by law.
Product information and compatibility: Verify model numbers, capacity, dimensions, efficiency, included components, refrigerant, voltage and compatibility against current MRCOOL documentation before purchase and installation. Images may show optional items. Guidance and calculators are informational and are not substitutes for a building load calculation, code review or qualified HVAC assessment.
Pricing and availability: Prices and availability may change until an order is accepted. Obvious typographical, feed or system errors may be corrected. Taxes, delivery charges and optional services are shown at checkout when determinable.
Installation and compliance: Equipment must be installed, commissioned and serviced according to manufacturer instructions and applicable building, mechanical, electrical, energy, environmental and licensing requirements. Some products and warranty programs may require professional or licensed installation.
Warranty: Products are covered only by the MRCOOL manufacturer warranty, if any, applicable to the exact product and transaction. Registration, installation, maintenance, location and proof-of-purchase requirements vary. National Mini Splits does not expand the manufacturer warranty.
Acceptable use: Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the store, submit unlawful material or misuse product data or intellectual property. National Mini Splits content and design are protected by applicable law. Manufacturer names and marks are used for product identification.
Returns, shipping and privacy are governed by the corresponding posted policies. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
