Shipping policy

National Mini Splits ships eligible MRCOOL equipment to destinations throughout the United States. Available methods, charges and estimated delivery timing are displayed at checkout when supported by the selected products and destination.

Large or heavy HVAC equipment may ship by freight. Freight delivery can require an appointment, an accessible delivery location and suitable assistance or equipment for unloading. Liftgate, residential, limited-access, inside-delivery, redelivery, storage and remote-area services can affect availability or cost.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive separately. Do not schedule installation until every required component has arrived, the shipment has been inspected and all model numbers have been confirmed.

Inspect shipments promptly. Note visible shortages or damage on the carrier receipt when possible, photograph the shipment and packaging, retain all materials and contact National Mini Splits promptly.

Availability and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Weather, carrier operations, address restrictions and manufacturer availability can affect delivery. If shipment is delayed, we will provide notices and options required by applicable law.
