Product Data & Shopping Feed Standards

National Mini Splits publishes factual product data intended to help customers compare MRCOOL equipment and to support review by shopping platforms. A listing on any search engine or shopping service is subject to that platform’s account, policy, feed, eligibility and approval requirements.

Identifiers and product titles

Product pages use the manufacturer model or SKU when it is present in the store record. A GTIN is published only when a manufacturer-assigned barcode is recorded. We do not invent UPC, EAN, GTIN, MPN or model values. Variant URLs identify the selected configuration when a product has more than one option.

Price and availability

Structured product data uses the current Shopify variant price, currency and availability at the time the page is loaded. A struck-through comparison price is included only when the live product record contains a higher compare-at price. Prices and availability can change; the product page and checkout control the current offer.

Images and descriptions

Shopping-feed images should show the product clearly and should not contain promotional badges, price text, watermarks or platform logos. Image descriptions identify the represented product when that information is available. Product copy is written to explain equipment type, model information and ordering considerations without adding unsupported technical claims.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping costs, delivery options and eligibility are determined by the live product, destination and checkout configuration. Return information is governed by the posted return policy. Manufacturer warranty coverage is governed by the applicable written MRCOOL terms. Merchant schema for shipping or returns is enabled only after it matches the live checkout and policy.

Feed review and corrections

Structured data helps search engines understand a page, but it does not guarantee a free listing, shopping placement, ranking or platform approval. Merchant Center or another platform feed must remain synchronized with the storefront. If you see a product-data discrepancy, include the page URL and exact model when contacting support.
